GRAU DATA’s hardware-independent `Parallel Data Mover for Lustre` (PDM) enables high-performance, parallel data transfer via Lustre’s HSM API. The software achieves very high data transfer speeds between the Lustre parallel file system and storage units, such as object-based storage, a NAS, or a file system-based archive. The PDM is scalable to several thousand nodes while remaining easy to manage. Thanks to the software’s high availability, users are not affected if a node fails.
