The IT services specialist COMBACK is a reseller of GRAU DATA. As part of this expanded partnership, COMBACK is now also offering GRAU DATA’s Blocky for Veeam® security software in its portfolio. Blocky is software based on WORM technology that was specifically developed to protect backup data. Blocky serves as the last line of defense for backups against ransomware, as WORM technology ensures that data can only be modified by the dedicated backup software via fingerprint authentication procedures. All other write access attempts, including those by ransomware, are consistently blocked. Under the reseller agreement, COMBACK will handle the sales, installation, and support of Blocky ransomware protection for its customers.
